 As an SMWW Agent Advisor, Alisa has been mentored by Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and Joel Corry. Alisa graduated from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law, ranked number 3 out of 110 in her class. She won honors in Order of the Coif, Theodore C. Sorensen Fellow, Regents Scholar, Nebraska Law Review, Robert G. Summon Law Practice Award and the Superior Scholar and High Scholar. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University Of Nebraska with her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

Alisa Lauer is educated on the agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiations, endorsements, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing and recruiting. Alisa will do whatever possible to represent your interests and help you achieve your goals as not only a sports professional but also your life after sports as well.

She feels that as an Agent Advisor, it is important to maintain a business relationship with her clients both on and off the field.   Alisa is also a graduate of the NFLPA Prep Course through Sports Management Worldwide.  

Alisa was General Counsel for the First Judicial District Court of New Mexico for nine years.  There, she researched and analyzed legal issues in criminal and civil litigation to advise judges; drafted policies, procedures, and rules to resolve complex issues in new, innovative ways; as well as supervised the Jury Management Division, developing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, promote juror satisfaction and foster favorable working conditions. Alisa was an integral part of developing a language access plan to assist non-English speaking community’s access to services.
