” 1 thing you can’t do is go straight to the playoffs” Says Lebron James

As we all wait for the NBA season to resume, first we got to make sure this corona virus is clear in order to resume play. One thing LeBron James made clear was he does not like the idea starting play with the playoffs. During an interview James also mentioned having a game without fans brings no excitement.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is under a lot of pressure. So much money is being lost in the middle of this corona virus crisis. Silver’s biggest challenge is getting in at least 70 games played this year in order to receive money from the TV deals. He is exploring all options to save the full season.

As I said this past Sunday on In the Front Row Show, which airs LIVE from Los Angeles at 7:30PT Sunday’s, one of Adam Silver’s ideas was to end this season and begin next season on Dec 25th 2020. That is a bad idea and move by Adam if this did happen. At the end of the day, this is a world wide business and sooner than later this virus will be gone.

LeBron said he was just feeling himself around the time the NBA shut the down the season. He said once they decide to bring it back, he would only need about one week of training camp to get back on the page they left off on.

Another thing still waiting is the 2 Lakers players who tested positive, which is still unknown of who they are, how early can these players be clear to play basketball? Not sure but one player from the Detroit Pistons Christian Wood who tested positive a few weeks ago, was just told by doctors on Thursday that he is now fully cleared from the virus, that’s great news to hear.

So Adam, the decision is yours. We all miss the game of basketball and can’t wait to have it back. We need a 2020 NBA champion in the books.
