Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner hit another home run in the first inning for the second straight game which gave the Dodgers a 1-0 early lead in Game 4 of the World Series.
Dave Roberts made the choice to go with Julio Urias with the start here in Game 4 as he has been great so far in these playoffs when it matter the most. He was looking very confident in this game using all his pitches with the fastball looking untouchable like last night’s fastball by Buehler.
Justin Turner is the first player in World Series history to homer in the 1st inning of consecutive games within a series.
Only 2 others have multiple 1st inning homers in a single World Series: Alex Bregman last season and Mickey Hatcher in 1988 with the Dodgers. pic.twitter.com/fKaEcQHE14

This game was going slow on both sides after Justin Turner’s solo home run then it took until the third inning when Corey Seager goes deep to right field for another solo home run as the Dodgers now lead 2-0. Corey Seager was the NLCS MVP as he was the best player for the Dodgers then and now it seems like him and Turner are on the running for World Series MVP. The Dodgers always find a way to hit home runs in the games but they sometimes have trouble closing the games out.
I am very proud of a kid who came from Mexico and signed with the Dodgers when he was a teenager and worked his way up to the Major Leagues with the Dodgers and then fought through two major injuries and now at the age of 24 he is playing the best he’s ever been on the biggest stage of his life, the World Series.
Julio Urías' 9 strikeouts are the most in a World Series game ever by a player born in Mexico.
They are tied for the 4th most in a World Series game by a player born outside the United States and are the most since 'El Duque' had 12 in 2000. pic.twitter.com/dExQ711vHj

Rays Young star Randy Arozarena hit a solo home run in the fourth inning on Julio Urias which was not a surprised with the way Arozarena has been playing this postseason. Hunter Renfroe hits a solo home run on Julio Urias and now cuts the Dodgers lead 3-2 as Dave Roberts comes in and takes the ball away from Urias after pitching 4 2/3 innings with 9 strike outs which was very impressive for the young pitcher in the biggest game of his life.
As the Dodgers seem to have this game under control, Dave Roberts decided to take the ball away from Urias then brought relieve pitcher Treinen who allowed two earned runs in 2/3 of an inning. Later comes Dodgers pitcher Pedro Baez who then allows a three run home run to Brandon Lowe as the Rays then take the lead 5-4 in the sixth.

Two of the hottest hitting Dodgers are Justin Turner and Corey Seager which both got on base in the seventh inning. Cody Bellinger later walked to load the bases and Joc Pederson comes up with a clutch 2 RBI single to give the Dodgers a 6-5 lead.
Dave Roberts decided to leave Baez in the game to start the seventh and gave up another home run and this time to Rays CF Kevin Kiermaire as he ties the game at 6-6. Baez should’ve been pulled and brought in a fresh arm from the bullpen but decided not too and now finds himself in a tight game.

Chris Taylor leads off the eight for the Dodgers with double deep to left center field. Two outs later and guess who it is? Red hot Corey Seager with a clutch RBI single to bring in Taylor and the Dodgers take the lead once again 7-6 here in Game 4 of the World Series. The Dodgers have scored 57 of 94 runs this postseason with two outs. That’s the highest ever in postseason history which is just insane.
Dodgers Kenley Jansen comes in to close the game and try to give the Dodgers a 3-1 lead but we all have come to know what type of pitcher is Kenley Jansen. He allowed Keirmaire to single and Arozarena walks on a full count with two outs and then here comes Brett Phillips for the Rays and hits a single to bring in one run then off the error from Chris Taylor and after the relay by Muncy to catcher Will Smith, he drops the ball and allows Randy Arozarena to score the walk off run to give the Rays a 8-7 win in Game 4 of the World Series.
Kenley Jansen fails again for the Dodgers, beaten by a bench player named Brett Phillips.

Very questionable call by Dave Roberts to bring in Jansen after he brought Brusdar Graterol for one out in the end of the eight inning. This call of having Kenley Jansen in the game for the opportunity to go up 3-1 in the World Series will end up being one of the dumbest calls in World Series history.
And……if the @Dodgers lose that series their manager, Dave Roberts, will lose his job.

Give major credit to Brett Phillips for a big clutch hit to right field which won the game for the Rays. They now even the series and go to Game 5 on Sunday Night with Clayton Kershaw pitching for the Dodgers and Rays going to Tyler Glasnow which is a rematch from Game 1 of the World Series.
UNBELIEVABLE. 😱#WorldSeries pic.twitter.com/kkzidC2d95
