Driving from Sutherland, to North Platte, Nebraska, on Highway 30, last Saturday, I happened across a cyclist taking a break on the shoulder of the road. After driving five miles past him, I decided he looked like he had a story. So I turned around to see.
Chris Figureida does have a story. A lot of stories. A welder by trade, he is cycling from San Francisco to New York to teach kids about the benefits of living a healthy and active life style.
Cycle for Heart is the philanthropic entity Chris began ten years ago with help from sponsors like @Patagonia and Rotary Clubs.
