The Lakers finally make changes in the starting line up by sitting Javale McGee and starting Markieff Morris at center as this line up gives the Lakers an early 9-2 lead to start the game. Bold move by Lakers coach Frank Vogel as he is adjusting to the Rockets playing style which can be good or very bad.
The Rockets are off to another slow start with only 15 points thus far and shooting 1-5 from three with the Lakers having a 7 point lead in the first quarter. LeBron continues throughout the series guarding the best player with the ball whenever he is in the line up as the Lakers continue to play tremendous team defense as they’re rotation is quick and closing out on shooters which is why the Rockets continue to struggle from three.
Frank Vogel said he was proud of Talen Horton-Tucker for giving the team energy off the bench in his playoff debut in the first half.
"I was proud of Talen Horton-Tucker for coming in in his first playoff minutes and playing really well. He's got a bright future ahead."

Lakers rookie guard Talen Horton-Tucker is making his playoff debut in the second quarter as TNT announcer and former NBA coach Stan Van Gundy was saying, what’s the reason the rookie is in the game right now which is probably everyone’s question right now but guess what? As soon as he came into the game, the Lakers when on a run which forced the Rockets to call a time out with 7:33 remaining in the first half as the Lakers lead 37-27. Talen Horton-Tucker has been a great spark off the bench late in the first half with 5 points 2 key rebounds and 2 steals in 7 mins. Lakers F Anthony Davis is 1 rebound shy of a double double in the first half as the Lakers continue it’s dominance in this game.
The Lakers' defense is on point, holding the Rockets to 35.5% shooting, 23.1% on 3-pointers in the first half.

The Lakers come out on fire as they are blowing out the Houston Rockets has they took they’re largest lead so far by 22 in the middle of the 3rd quarter. Houston has gone flat on all levels in this game as we are witnessing one of the greatest playoffs performances by a team as the Lakers are out rebounding the Rockets 39-16 and outscoring them on fast break points 17-0 .
James Harden Game 4 vs. Lakers 2020: 2-of-11 from the field.
James Harden Game 6 vs. Spurs 2017: 2-of-11 from the field.
James Harden Game 5 vs. Warriors 2015: 2-of-11 from the field.
James Harden's favorite playoff line is 2-of-11 from the field.

James Harden has been struggling throughout this series as we are witnessing another James Harden meltdown as he only has 13 points on 2-10 shooting in 30 mins. Ive been saying this for the past years, James harden ain’t all that! He can’t defend on a high level and he really is just a typical scorer, which he is one of the best to ever do it don’t get me wrong but the moment when you really need him, he crumbles and disappears which is terrible for a player with that type of talent.
James Harden made two shots in a must win playoff game. TWO.
Yet we hear this BS about him being the “greatest offensive player ever”

As the 4th quarter began with the Lakers still leading big in Game 4, Rockets G Russell Westbrook is the leading scorer for his team with 17 points on 4-11 from the field with 2 rebounds 2 assists. Rockets C PJ Tucker has been held scoreless through this game thus far with 8:53 remaining in the 4th. Give major credit to the Lakers team defense which has allowed them to dominate in this game. Another player who is also having a bad game is Rockets F Robert Covington with only 3 points in 24 minutes.

Rockets attempted a late run in the 4th quarter but were unsuccessful and by looking at PJ Tucker as he fouled Anthony Davis he looked exhausted as he can possibly be in this game as he’s getting schooled by Davis as he has pilled up 29 points 12 rebounds and 5 assists in 40 minutes. LeBron James short 1 assists of another playoff triple double with 16 points 15 rebounds and 9 assists in 34 minutes. The Lakers are now 1 win away from advancing to the Western Conference Finals as they lead 3-1 in this series with Game 5 on Saturday 8ET/5PT on ESPN.
