This is the game of the week between the two first round picks from the 2020 NFL Draft here on week 13.
As Justin Herbert took the ball first to start the game, it didn’t take long for them to get on the scoreboard which has been a problem lately for the Chargers. A big pass to Mike Williams then another great pass from Herbert to Keenan on 4th down for a touchdown.
Bengals QB Joe Burrow came into the game with a good first down throw then got a big strip by the Chargers defense an early fumble in the first drive as the Chargers took over with great field position and capitalized on the turnover.
On the next drive for the Bengals, Joe Burrow had a great throw to one of his receivers but was tipped and the Chargers defense grabbed it from mid air and intercepted the ball. They quickly got down field with another big throw and catch to Mike Williams as they capitalized on another turnover and another touchdown to Keenan Allen. Chargers led early in the first quarter 16-0.
For some reason Chargers QB Justin Herbert is having an amazing day here against the Bengals. He later completed another long throw to Parham for a touchdown and completed a two point conversion which was a pass from Kennan Allen to Justin Herbert. This time was the other way around with a great design play by head coach Brandon Staley.

It took till late in the first half for the Bengals to get on the scoreboard but they finally did. They put up two late touchdowns before heading into halftime down 24-13.
This game has been all Justin Herbert with his throws and even a catch from Keenan Allen for a two point conversion. By having two second year quarterbacks in this game is amazing to watch what the future of the NFL has coming. Late in the second quarter, Bengals QB Joe Burrow hurt his pinky on his right hand which he was battling with pain throughout the game. They were down 24-0 prior to the injury.
Chargers RB Austin Ekeler is not having the best game of the season. He fumbled twice which should’ve been three times but one was ruled down on the floor. Ekeler has ran the ball good in this game as he looked frustrated on the sideline after the turnovers.
During the third quarter, the offensive line for the Chargers has not been able to maintain the defense as they allowed Herbert to get sacked multiple times. The Chargers were leading 24-22 until the Chargers woke up.
As the 4th quarter began, the defense and offensive began to make huge plays. A touchdown by Austin Ekeler, who has not been having a good game so far. Another big fumble by the Bengals which allowed the Chargers to run it back for a touchdown. Brandon Staley knew he had to win this game in order to be in the hunt for the division.
The Chargers are now 7-5 with the Ravens leading the AFC conference with 8 wins. Big win for this team today in Cincinnati 41-22 as Justin Herbert had another career night with being the FASTEST player in NFL History to complete 700 passes.

The Giants are 4-8 coming off a lost in Miami, New York hasn’t been the team everyone expected to be this season. Giants QB Daniel Jones has a big task in hand this upcoming Sunday with a great defense who just took down the Bengals in Cincinnati.
Chargers Head Coach Brandon Staley got a huge win and now looks forward to face the Giants on December 12th Live From SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA.
