Kevin Hart hangs out with the Rams at training camp

During a training camp visit with the Los Angeles Rams, Kevin Hart shows why he chose to entertain on a stage.

Comedian, actor and entrepreneur Kevin Hart took time to visit the Rams’ training facility to show support for the L.A. football team. During his visit he spoke to the team in the meeting room before suiting up with them on the field.

Famous for being a funny guy, one that’s always in character, Hart’s presence lightened up a day of practice for an NFL team.

But don’t assume that meant the team got the day off. In fact, the opposite is true. Hart and the Rams were in full practice gear getting in reps.

Hart, however, proved that he’s meant to entertain on the stage and not the field after dropping a wide open, albeit high, pass in practice. Hart was disappointed, as was the team, but it was all in good fun.

All jokes aside, Hart ended practice on a high by racing a Rams’ player in a 40-yard dash. Hart lost the race but held his own and showed that he actually has some wheels.

After the race Head Coach Sean McVay allowed Hart to close out practice, and Hart gave the team a few words of wisdom for their upcoming season.

“This is all jokes aside man. I came today as a fan of football, I’m leaving a fan of your organization. Thank y’all for letting me in here, thank y’all for having a good time with me. This season is real work. Don’t talk about it be about it.”

L.A. has a tough road ahead to becoming a winning team but if the NFL preseason is a sign of things to come they’ll find success.
