On Friday, Lakers Forward Anthony Davis announced he tested negative for the Corona Virus according to Tania Ganguli of the Los Angeles Times.
In his very first public statement since March 11th, the day the NBA suspended the season, Davis said he’s been spending a lot of time playing video games, watching movies and sleeping. ” Video games only last for a little bit. Movies only last for a little bit. I’ve been going to sleep a lot earlier than normal.” Says Anthony Davis.
A few weeks ago the Lakers announced that 2 players have tested positive for the Corona Virus. The team did not announce which players but there has been 4 players since, come out and say they have tested negative. Those players are Quinn Cook, Javale McGee, Anthony Davis and LeBron James.
The Lakers made it clear that they will leave it up to the players with the decision to come out and announce it. That is the right thing to do in this situation.
