After a huge win over the Warriors last night in San Francisco, The Lakers are back at the Staples Center on a back to back to host the Minnesota Timberwolves along with the #1 overall pick in Anthony Edwards out of Georgia.
Edwards has been averaging 15 points 4 rebounds and 2 assists this season which he can do better being the #1 overall pick. Minnesota has an awful record of 9-30 as they are at the bottom of the league with a team with all stars like Karl-Anthony Towns and D’Angelo Russell. This team could be a lot better if some of their players could play consistent basketball which is a hard for some young guys.

Another young player playing very well lately is Lakers G Talen Horton-Tucker with another big night like last night with his first double double, he continued playing magnificent in the first half.
Both teams had a high scoring first half as the Lakers led 71-70 heading into halftime.
LeBron James has been unreal over the last few weeks, at age 36, he is playing some of the best basketball he has played. His leadership he brings on and off the court is amazing just like Lakers owner Jeannie Buss said earlier this week. James gets back to back triple doubles on back to back nights with 7 mins still remaining in this game. He’s just that incredible at age 36. He marks his 99th career triple double tonight with 25 points 12 rebounds and 12 assists.

Lakers when on a 18-7 run late in the third quarter which gave them a space to breath as they been on each others necks throughout the game.
Montrezl Harrell played another great game with 25 points on 5 assists and the energy he brings to the game is priceless. Talen added another 14 points, Schroder adds 16 points and Kuzma also with 16 points tonight in another win for the Lakers as they now win their 27th game of the season and wait until Thursday night as they host the one and only LaMelo Ball and the Hornets.
