Skyler’s the Limit: Week 14 Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em

December 6, 2017

WRs to start in Week 14:

Michael Crabtree (vs. Chiefs): Michael Crabtree is returning from his one-game suspension last week. Crabtree got his chain snatched (again) two weeks ago but that’s unlikely to happen this week with Marcus Peters out with suspension. The Chiefs allow the 2nd most points to WRs.

Josh Gordon (vs. Packers): Yes, Josh Gordon is officially back. Gordon had 4 receptions for 85 yards in his debut this season and that was against a stingy Chargers secondary. This week Gordon gets an easier matchup against the Packers who allow the 4th most points to WRs.

Marquise Goodwin (vs. Texans): Marquise Goodwin had his best week of the season last week. Goodwin posted 8 catches for 99 yards against the Bears last week. Goodwin is the 49ers top WR and this week he should improve off his best week as he faces the Texans who allow the 9th most points to WRs.

WRs to sit in Week 14:

Doug Baldwin (vs. Jaguars): Doug Baldwin has been coming on of late. Baldwin has scored 11+ in six out of his last seven games. It’s hard to sit Baldwin with how hot Seahawks offense has been but this week he faces an elite Jaguars defense that allows the least amount of points to WRs.

Jordy Nelson (vs. Browns): Jordy Nelson disappointed yet again last week. If there was any week Nelson would figure things out it would’ve been last week against the Buccaneers who allow the most points to WRs. Instead Nelson had 5 receptions for a mere 17 yards. You can sit Nelson again against the Browns who allow the 9th least amount of points to WRs.
