Skyler’s the Limit: Week 4 Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em

September 28, 2017

RBs to start in Week 4:

Christian McCaffrey (vs. Patriots): showed his potential on being a huge weapon in this Panthers offense last week. McCaffrey finished with 9 receptions for 101 yards against the Saints. This week he faces a Patriots team that gives up the 2nd most points to RBs. With getting hurt it could open up more opportunities for the rookie RB as well.

Dalvin Cook (vs. Lions): is another talented rookie RB that is showing his potential. Cook had his best game of the season last week as he had 97 yards rushing with a touchdown plus 5 receptions for 72 yards. It’s good to see him be involved in the passing game and this week he goes up against the Lions who allow the 8th most points to RBs.

Under the Radar RBs:

Chris Carson (vs. Colts): I love all the Seahawks offensive players this week including . Carson has seemed to emerge as the Seahawks lead running back. The only thing is he’ll split carries and touches with and but Carson still touched the ball 13 times last week and added a touchdown on a reception.

Tarik Cohen (vs. Packers): has been a bright spot in a struggling Bears offense. Cohen is mainly the receiving back for the Bears and I believe he’ll see plenty of targets this week especially if is limited at all which wouldn’t surprise me since he injured his shoulder a few times in their game last week against the Steelers.

RBs to sit in Week 4:

Marshawn Lynch (vs. Broncos): It seems like the Raiders are using sparingly until they need him most. Last week Lynch had just 6 carries for 18 yards against the Redskins on Sunday night. It didn’t help that the Raiders were behind for the majority of the game and had to abandon the running game. This week he faces a stingy Broncos defense that allow the 3rd least amount of points to RBs.

Mark Ingram (vs. Dolphins): You can pretty much put any of the Saints running backs in the not start column this week including . I want no parts of the Saints backfield until we find out how they’re going to consistently use all their RBs. Dolphins are also a team that gives up the 4th least amount of points to opposing RBs.
