DEF/STs to start in Week 7:
Pittsburgh Steelers (vs. Bengals): The Bengals offense has struggled to begin the season and I believe they continue that at Heinz field where the Steelers defense is playing good.
Seattle Seahawks (vs. Giants): Last week everyone thought Denver’s defense would be the best play against the Giants last week but Giants offense surprised. This week I don’t see that happening against the Legion of Boom.
DEF/STs to sit in Week 7:
Cincinnati Bengals (vs. Steelers): The Bengals defense has been the bright spot of the team but this week they face the Steelers who’s offense could have their best game at home against a division rival this week.
Washington Redskins (vs. Eagles): The Redskins defense has been one of the most underrated defenses this season but this week they face the hot Eagles who’s offense is rolling right now so I’d avoid the Redskins this week.
