Game 7. The stage is set…

This is a moment where Giannis Antetokounmpo can show how big time he really is. Giannis and the Bucks have found themselves in a game 7, against the Boston Celtics, in the garden, tomorrow night at 8:00 eastern time.

Giannis is known as a star in the league now. Although, the Bucks didn’t meet expectations this year, by finishing seventh in the east. Giannis, from an individual standpoint has had a solid season thus far. Everyone remembers how dominating this guy was at the start of the season. Some were even saying that this may be the year he wins the MVP award.

Giannis season averages were: 26.9 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 4.8 apg, and he was also named an all-star for the second time in his career. So, the numbers speak for themselves. He’s a star. Not only did Giannis dominate during the regular season, but he has also been handling his business in the playoffs. In the playoffs, Giannis is averaging 26.3 ppg, 9.7 rpg and 6.5 apg.

These are impressive numbers, but these numbers won’t mean anything if the Bucks lose tomorrow night in Boston. Even though the Bucks need to win this game tomorrow night, it still won’t be considered an upset. Yes, a seventh seed defeated a two seed, but it’ll be more like “okay good”, the Bucks did what they were supposed to do. Next round. Mainly, because the Bucks have Giannis, and the Celtics don’t have Kyrie Irving. That’s what it comes down to. However, the Celtics have still been finding a way to win. It’s been great to see this young team flourish without Irving and Gordon Hayward. This just shows how scary this team will be once these two return.

But until then, we can only focus on this series. All eyes will be on Giannis tomorrow night. Will he be able to help his team win in one of the playoffs most brightest moments, a game 7? Or will the Bucks fall to the underman Celtics. Giannis is the best player in this series, and the stage is set for him to shine. Some of the greatest players have had their best games in game 7.

This is a moment for Giannis. It won’t be an easy task, because Brad Steven and the Celtics staff will have a game plan suited for the Greek freak. Although, Giannis will be looked at to perform well, it’s going to be important for the rest of his teammates to help him out and make some shots, because they will be open. Due to the fact that the lane will be congested in importance to stop Giannis. This game 7 will be a grimy one. Giannis has an opportunity to take another step in his career, and win his first game 7 of his career.
