The teams who have yet to win a game through four weeks of action are certainly losers. Some winless teams were expected to be such like the Cleveland Browns and the San Francisco 49ers. But others like the Giants and the San Diego Chargers were projected to be much better than they are.
The Niners are still very bad in all phases of the game but especially their offense.
The Browns are the Browns despite rookie QB showing some flashes of what won him the starting job in Cleveland.
The Chargers just can’t catch a break, and to make matters worse, they aren’t being received well in Los Angeles.
The Giants may be the biggest letdown of the season. They’re a team that had Super Bowl aspirations but their offense has yet to put up more than 24 points in a game.
The Raiders and the Titans
Oakland and Tennessee both suffered losses in Week 4. But to add insult to injury, both teams’ QBs were hurt.

Both the Raiders and Titans are 2-2 through a quarter of the season but with the health issues they face they’re in for a challenge moving forward.
Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins were shut out by the New Orleans Saints in Week 4, a team with ranked 29th in defense.
