One of those throws went to , who has disappointed Eagles fans for over 2 years now, maybe this is the year he finally realizes all the potential he has.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans
When the Jaguars selected early in the first round of the latest NFL Draft, the team took him with the expectation that he would be the teams franchise back. The defense may have won them this game, but if they want to keep winning, Bortles will have to do more.
