DEF/STs to start in Week 5:
Pittsburgh Steelers (vs. Jaguars): The Steelers defense has been pretty solid to begin the year mostly because of not facing a tough offense yet and this week is no exception. The Steelers face off against Blake Bortles and the Jags which means there will probably be turnovers.
Tennessee Titans (vs. Dolphins): This is more of an under the radar defense you could start this week. The Titans defense isn’t great by any means but the Dolphins offense led by Jay Cutler looks downright awful. Cutler and Co. put up 0 points in London against an atrocious Saints defense.
DEF/STs to sit in Week 5:
Jacksonville Jaguars (vs. Steelers): If possible I would avoid using the Jaguars defense. They have one of the best defenses in the NFL but they’re facing one of the best offenses in the Steelers plus the game will be played in Pittsburgh. All signs point to not start the Jaguars defense this week.
Houston Texans (vs. Chiefs): The Chiefs are one of the best scoring offenses so far this season. The Texans have a good defense still but the surprisingly high scoring offenses in the Chiefs come to town Sunday night and I believe this game becomes a shootout.
